In this you will be a part of a major program to deliver the Payroll Systems modernisation.
The successful Lead .NET Developer will be offered a  12 month contract with 1 x 6 month extensions!
The successful  Lead .NET Developer  will be responsible for, but not limited to: Work as part of a small development team and provide leadership and guidance on software development.
Develop new solution using Microsoft Technologies to replace legacy VB6 application.
Responsible for the development of detail design documentation.
Ensure that the new solution utilises industry best practice and patterns.
The successful  Lead .NET Developer  will have experience in the following: Strong experience in Microsoft Technologies such as VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript.
Exposure in the development of Web Services/API.
Experience in CI/CD and Development of Pipelines in MS DevOps is highly desirable.
Understanding of business requirements using User Stories, Business Process Maps, Use Case, and Requirements.
Strong proficiency in VB6.
