Geneva Staffing are recruiting on behalf of Bendigo Health for a Lead Clinician to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (CAMHS).

Location: Positions are available in the CAMHS Echuca, Kyneton, Castlemaine and Bendigo Case Management, and Intake teams.

About the Role: As a Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for providing case management, clinical treatment, and support to child and adolescent clients and their families.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment strategies, and work closely with families, carers, and other health professionals to provide holistic care.
You will also contribute to mental health education, consult with inter-agency programmes, and provide guidance to junior staff and students.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver clinical treatment and support for child and adolescent clients, utilising various psychotherapy modalities.
Undertake bio-psycho-social assessments and create individualised service plans (ISPs).
Provide consultative services to inter-agency programmes and assist in community mental health development.
Participate in multi-disciplinary team processes and quality improvement activities.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and external services.
What you will bring: A current qualification as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist, with post-graduate qualifications in mental health (or working towards).
Experience or strong interest in child and adolescent mental health services.
Solid understanding of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act (2022) and related frameworks.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A current driver's licence and valid Working with Children Check or willing to undergo one.
