We are looking for an experienced

Lead Mechanical/Piping Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Perth. This role requires advanced engineering expertise and leadership skills to solve complex engineering problems, support project execution, and mentor a team of professionals.Key Responsibilities:Develop efficient and economical solutions for complex engineering challenges.Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client engagement.Ensure compliance with engineering practices, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality, adherence to scope, and timely delivery.Oversee resource planning, mentoring, and team performance management.Conduct engineering studies, analyses, and calculations, and prepare final documentation for client approval.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and implement innovative solutions.Provide support for construction, testing, commissioning, and operational phases.About You:Significant experience in mechanical/piping engineering with a strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.Proven track record in a leadership role managing teams of 20-30 people and overseeing large-scale projects.Skilled in project execution, risk management, and quality assurance.Expertise in technical disciplines, vendor management, and proposal development.Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and specialty design tools.Advanced technical knowledge with a strong background in oil and gas projects, ideally with brownfields experience.A bachelor's degree in science or engineering, with professional licensing where required.Benefits:A flexible working environment with hybrid options to support work-life balance.The opportunity to contribute to sustainable and innovative energy solutions.A collaborative and supportive workplace where your skills and experience are valued.
