Perform all treatments using safe and professional techniques in accordance to the protocols Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility Consistently maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the products or procedures used Answer all questions related to services performed and products used Report dysfunctional equipment to Manager Work with Spa Director / Manager in the formulation of plans for projects and in other areas Well versed on all aspects of the spa's operations i.e.
guest relations, retail sales, spa services (aesthetic and M&B) Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required Sales and marketing Supervise all Massage & Body Operations Prepare and maintain an updated service manual Work with Operations Supervisor in orientation and training of new colleagues Conduct colleague in-services on any accepted techniques or programs and demonstrate the proper use of equipment and products Tour potential guests/members/students Meet with product vendors as required Responsible for professional product inventory Help with event planning Organize monthly meetings for team and facilitate Adhere and support all Willow Stream and Fairmont Policies and Procedures.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in M&B, two years in a supervisory capacity Recognized certification in Massage and Body work Certification from an accredited school of Massage required All professional licenses are to be current Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking Frequent bending and kneeling Occasional carrying and lifting up to 20lbs Occasional pushing and pulling Occasional ascending and descending ladders, stairs and ramps Additional Information
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
