Lead It Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Lead IT Project Manager or an IT Program Manager to oversee the technical execution of projects within a leading Superannuation organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute projects from initiation to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline.
Provide end-to-end accountability for planning, resource management, and project execution.
Utilize project management methodologies to deliver efficient and effective results.
Key Requirements: 5+ years as a dedicated Project Manager or Technical Analyst, with experience in technology and integration projects.
3+ years of experience within the superannuation industry; insurance or banking experience may be considered.
Demonstrable skills in project management, planning, and delivery.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
In-depth technical understanding of superannuation, including defined benefit plans, pensions, and insurance.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Project.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
