About the Role
Tradewind are seeking a dedicated Lead Instructional Coach to join a co-educational Catholic School near Marsden Park commencing in term 1, 2025. This role involves guiding a team of instructional leaders and ensuring seamless learning across K-6, with a real focus on easing transitions into secondary school. In this role, you'll work closely with pedagogy coaches to align literacy, numeracy, EALD, inquiry learning, and wellbeing strategies, creating a consistent, enriching experience for all students. This role attracts a 3 point paid allowance with a balance of teaching, coaching and release.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of instructional leaders, ensuring alignment in teaching practices, inquiry learning, and student wellbeing from K-6.Oversee the transition from primary to secondary school, ensuring cohesive pedagogy, inquiry-based learning, and assessment practices.Collaborate with instructional coaches to enhance team teaching and professional development initiatives.Implement inquiry learning methodologies that promote curiosity, problem-solving, and independent thinking.Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate teaching strategies, track student progress, and refine instructional models.Facilitate workshops and develop resources for staff, parents, and students.Provide mentorship to educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.About You:

This role reports to the Heads of School (K-4 and 5-8), under the ultimate guidance of the Principal Leader.
