The Lead HR Business Partner within HR Operations and Partnering is accountable to the Manager, HR Business Partnering, works closely with another Lead HR Business Partner, and provides day-to-day supervision to HR Business Partners.
The Lead HR Business Partners are responsible for the provision of specialist strategic and complex advisory service to SAPOL executive team, and senior leaders and employees across a suite of HR services which contributes to the achievement of SA Government and SAPOL's strategic goals and priorities.
Part time at 0.8 FTE will also be considered.
