Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision execution of design plans and blueprints to ensure impeccable production standards and exceptional craftsmanship.Finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, and ensuring high-quality finishes on all cabinet components.Installation of hardware and other necessary components with precision and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration into existing spaces.Dedication to maintaining a safe and well-organized workshop environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.Requirements and QualificationsA minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of cabinet making, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.Proficient in operating a variety of machinery within the factory environment, including table saws, routers, and sanders.Essential qualification: Trade Certificate III in Cabinet Making, demonstrating a solid foundation in the principles and practices of cabinet making.Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
