Known for honesty, customer-focused service, and a strong base of referrals, they offer tailored solar solutions using premium products for residential, small business, and large commercial projects. They also operate a local support centre to address all installation, service, and account enquiries.About the RoleAs a Lead Generation Manager with our client, you will drive lead generation across Perth and regional WA, managing and developing a team of 6-10 door-knocking lead generators. Your mission will be to equip, support, and inspire your team to engage prospective customers and secure valuable appointments for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of lead generators and an appointment setter.Continuously recruit and onboard new team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed.Deliver sales training, including pitch practices, objection handling, and role-play scenarios, ensuring team members are ready to engage potential customers.Field Engagement:Spend time in the field with your team, leading by example by knocking on doors, providing feedback, and building confidence in new starters.Conduct location mapping and territory planning each week, identifying optimal areas for lead generators to target.Offer real-time coaching and feedback to improve team performance, ensuring every interaction reflects the company's values of customer-first service and integrity.Performance Management:Set and monitor performance targets for each team member, tracking their progress and supporting them to meet their goals.Provide daily and weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.Utilise data-driven strategies to focus team efforts on high-potential areas, maximising leads and appointment setting.Team Motivation & Culture:Foster a positive, engaged team culture using incentives, challenges, daily huddles, and team-building activities.Implement motivational tactics such as incentives for top performers and team challenges to keep morale high.Regularly facilitate team-building exercises to encourage open communication and build a strong, cohesive unit.Customer-Focused Approach:Lead with a customer-first approach, ensuring that lead generators prioritise providing helpful information over aggressive sales tactics.Coach your team to educate customers on the benefits of solar, including cost savings, government rebates, and environmental impact.Ensure each interaction is honest and informative, reflecting our client's commitment to high-quality service.In this role, you'll thrive if you're hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about mentoring a high-energy team to reach its full potential.
