Join our team at RemServ as a Lead Generation Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in educating potential customers on the unparalleled benefits of novated leasing, focusing on lead generation. Supported by a centralized and integrated (database) CRM, you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), warm leads from customer inquiries, as well as educating our current database of customers through a mix of inbound & outbound calls!
A Day in the Life:
As a Lead Generation Consultant, your day involves connecting directly with customers and strategizing lead generation initiatives. You'll work with our automated phone system and your own portfolio, engaging in insightful conversations about the advantages of Novated Leasing. Rapidly building rapport, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions will be key aspects of your role.
Responsibilities:
Proactively initiate lead generation activities, identifying and reaching out to potential RemServ customers through our direct sales approach to raise awareness about salary packaging a car through novated leasing.
Implement strategic lead qualification and nurturing processes, aiming to convert potential leads into satisfied novated leasing customers.
Utilize your contact center, phone-based sales, or collections experience to manage and actively contribute to expanding and optimizing a portfolio of customers through effective lead conversion techniques.
You will bring:
Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to timelines.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
