Join our team at Maxxia as a Lead Generation Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in educating potential customers on the unparalleled benefits of novated leasing, with a specific focus on lead generation.
Supported by a centralised and integrated (database) CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), warm leads from customer enquiries as well as educating our current database of customers which includes a mix of inbound & outbound calls!
A Day in the Life of a Lead Generation Consultant - Novated Leasing As a Lead Generation Consultant, your day involves not only connecting directly with customers but also strategizing and executing lead generation initiatives.
You'll work with our automated phone system and your own portfolio, engaging in insightful conversations about the advantages of Novated Leasing.
Rapidly building rapport, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions will be key aspects of your role.
Responsibilities: Proactively initiate lead generation activities, identifying and reaching out to potential Maxxia customers through our direct sales approach to raise awareness about salary packaging a car through novated leasing.Implement strategic lead qualification and nurturing processes, aiming to convert potential leads into satisfied novated leasing customers.Utilize your contact centre, phone-based sales, or collections experience to not only manage but also actively contribute to expanding and optimizing a portfolio of customers through effective lead conversion techniques.You will bring: Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets.Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to timelines.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Why Maxxia?
