Team The team is responsible for developing and supporting platforms for high-frequency trading in a world where speed is paramount and automation is standard. This requires constant innovation and iteration of the platform to incorporate industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies for strategic advantage.
Role This position is primarily responsible for FPGA engineering and computer architecture, overlapping with networking-sensitive solutions. You will work closely with the Tech Lead and development teams to provide timely, business-sensitive technical solutions. This is a friendly team environment where you will receive support, technical development, and encouragement to master low-level technical skills.
Requirements: PhD in electronic engineering OR Bachelor's/Master's degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in FPGA development.Advanced knowledge of ModelSim or Questa.Deep understanding of UDP, TCP/IP, PCI-E, QDR, and DDR3 interfaces.Experience with Verilog / VHDL.This role would be suited for candidates coming from an Embedded Systems, Hardware Engineer, FPGA Engineer, Performance Engineer, or Hardware Programming background, with required financial industry experience.
