We are currently seeking a Lead Field Service Technician - BMSto join our Honeywell Building Technology Services team in our Perth, WA office.Reporting to theSenior Field Service Supervisoryour focus will be on the BMS and HVAC systems for our premium commercial customers. You will ideally have had some experience with small projects such as floor fit outs and have excellent knowledge of BMS systems.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborating and building relationships with Facility Managers, engineering teams, and technicians to service customer equipment to the highest standardsDeveloping, maintaining, and improving relationships with the customer by providing expert advice and acting as a maintenance specialist resourceKnowledge of Navigating and interrogating Building Management interfaces advantageousEnsuring customer happiness through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipientsReporting of performance indicators and site service objectives and use the technology such as the Customer Portal to drive this delivery.Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and proceduresEnsuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customersReporting near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvementKey Experience & Capabilities: Restricted Electrical Trade Certificate (Advantageous)Open Cable License (Advantageous)Driver's LicenseIntermediate Microsoft and computer skillsCreative, highly motivated individual, who can work independently and as part of a team.We desire a dedicated person who is passionate about customer happiness and possesses proven capability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, customers and co-workers
