Details of the offer

Clough is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility. We are currently searching for a Lead Environmental Advisor to join the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility Project team. As Lead Environmental Advisor, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Project Environment Management system consistent with, and incorporating Project Strategy. The role will be initially based in the Perth Head Office and will transition to site in 2024 as construction activities ramp up.

Implementing the culture to achieving Zero Harm Health, Safety and Environment (including security and technical integrity) framework through the company standards, systems/processes.
Presenting Environment strategies and plans, results and incident reviews to Project management teams.
Delivery of Environment results from project wide audit program and provide reports and reviews on incident and HSE performance across the project.
Ensuring behaviours required, training and engagement in, and the ongoing coaching and accountability support for leaders in achieving the zero-harm culture.

What you will bring to the team:
Extensive experience working on major EPC or EPCM projects within infrastructure space, preferably with exposure onshore and nearshore marine wharf & jetty projects.
Preference for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environment, Science, Sustainability, Engineering or related field.
Experience in environmental management systems and regulatory compliance. High level of reporting and analytical experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sustainability and environmental initiatives with measurable results.
