Perth CBD office-based role. $180,000 - $190,000 + super + bonus. Project based work.
NES Fircroft have partnered with a leading materials handling company that are looking to make a big footprint within the Australian mining industry. Having had huge successes, in the space across Europe, the Middle East and the US, this is a huge opportunity to lead the engineering team in Perth.
This role will be a mixture of technical hands-on engineering and support, along with leading and mentoring the other Electrical Engineers within the team.
Your role: Manage electrical and automation aspects of Bulk Material handling projects.Operate independently in a dynamic environment.Ensure project adherence to schedules and budgets.Coordinate communication among engineering disciplines and departments.Interface with clients, vendors, and suppliers for project alignment.Conduct electrical network studies and develop compliant designs.Review and approve designs, specifications, and data sheets.Oversee project schedules, budgets, and interfaces.Coordinate factory tests and provide on-site support during construction and commissioning. About you: Previous experience working on medium to large scale projects ideally involving bulk material handling.A degree in Electrical Engineering.Proficiency in Electrical Network analysis and medium/low voltage switchgear.Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with MicroStation, Eplan, and AutoCAD is preferred.Excellent communication, organisation, and planning abilities.Capability to work independently and solve problems effectively.Experience in managing clients and vendors.Adaptability to work in large team environments and under pressure.Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
