Boyer Mill is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive efficiency, reliability, and strategic asset management across our site operations.As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our electrical assets, focusing on risk, capability, and performance.Develop and implement life-cycle asset management strategies to ensure sustainable value delivery.Apply risk-based prioritisation and cost-benefit analysis to shape project scopes and objectives.Proactively identify potential disruptions to critical assets and propose effective contingency plans.Provide specialist engineering support for hazard studies and compliance with safety standards.Collaborate across teams to strengthen Mill maintenance performance and operational reliability.This is a hands-on role where you will support site operations, working with a wide range of equipment from high-voltage systems, large motors, SCADA and instrumentation.About YouYou are an experienced electrical engineer with a background in manufacturing/production industries.
