Job Advert: Lead Electrical EngineerLocation: St Botolph Building, Liverpool StreetSalary: Up to £52,000 per annumAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Electrical Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious St Botolph Building. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, managing essential engineering services for a leading law firm.Key Responsibilities:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct maintenance on Electrical Maintenance Levels (EML), Tap Temperatures (Tap Temps), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Point of Use (POU) water systems, Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV), extinguishers, fire doors, and more.Reactive Works: Provide first attendance on reactive maintenance tasks and resolve issues where possible.Contractor Management: Issue authorities for contractors to work on-site and ensure proper check-in procedures are followed.Management Duties:Oversee and mentor a Level 1 Apprentice, including the development and implementation of a training plan.Manage one fabric technician to ensure efficient operations.Skillset Required:Multi-skilled in various engineering disciplines.Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Simtronic lighting control systems is highly desirable.Basic DBS check required and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.Working Hours:40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM standard shift, with flexibility between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM based on site activities.Occasional overtime outside of standard hours to support PPMs may be required.What We Offer:Competitive salary of up to £52,000.A collaborative work environment within a prestigious law firm.Opportunities for professional development and training.How to Apply:If you are a proactive and skilled engineer looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
