For 2025, main tasks include:Review Electrical Engineering deliverablesHV Reticulation tie in ABB Switchgear SAT review and attendancePreparing Electrical commissioning ProceduresReview of Testing documentationReview vendor supply documentationSome site visits as required to review electrical preparedness for NPIContractor HAZOP Engineering & Constructability Review inputs with Input Electrical certification requirementsPosition Specific Responsibilities and RequirementsMajor Capital Project Experience, Iron Ore, Oil & Gas or Similar with multi-Contractors and sub Contractors interface experience. Responsibilities include:Authorized Electrical Person experienceAssist Commissioning Discipline Lead with review of Vendor commissioning procedures and test documentationAdvise on Vendor proposals and extent of commissioning scope through all commissioning stagesAttend Vendor / Supplier coordination FAT/SAT, attend lead meetings as requiredWork pack development and close out - assemble all required documentationAssist with development of basis of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)Develop technical / QA documentation as required to fulfill commissioning activitiesResolve discipline / equipment related site / engineering queriesPrepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) documents to clarify design intent or resolve construction and commissioning issuesManage Punch list process for discipline specific punch items - (Raise PL items, track and close out)Coordinate Construction Verification Completion, handover, Commissioning activities testing oversightInput into Commissioning Readiness processTechnical Review of Systems & Sub Systems, and Exposure to MCPLUS or CCMS requiredRequired Competencies and SkillsElectrical or IC engineer with field commissioning/completions experience. The ideal candidate should possess:Strong technical understanding of infrastructure to be installedAbility to problem solve and manage multi-discipline interfaces10 years experience in site execution of large scale resource projects as Contractor or Owners Team/EPCMTRS Staffing Solutions has a global reach for many exciting and challenging projects.
