You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that supports the development of young minds.
You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills. At Sparrow Early Learning Murrumbeena we strongly believe in children learning through play in natural environments and having choices of kinesthetic, visual and verbal learning.

What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Proven experience in providing cozy hugs to little people An adventurous imagination to transform a loose part into a fun and valuable learning tool Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy Current Working with Children Check Excellent communication & leadership skills Experience with Storypark is a bonus First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
