Position Overview: As an educator, Lead Educator or Educational leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early years of children's lives.
Your expertise and passion will contribute to their growth and development in a safe and engaging environment.
Selection Criteria: To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes: certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or Equivalent: You hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or Child Care, or a relevant equivalent qualification, showcasing your foundation in early childhood education.
In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) Proven Experience in implementing programs to meet the needs of each child.
