Star of the Sea Long Day Care and Kindergarten based at Wondunna are seeking a passionate Lead Educator to work as a float position in all rooms. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. About the Role To be successful in this role, you will be Diploma qualified and have the ability to guide and mentor our team of Educators to inspire children to play and learn in new and exciting ways. As a Lead Educator, you'll collaborate closely with families and colleagues to design and implement programs tailored to the children's needs and interests. Your role is to infuse enthusiasm and energy into our endeavours, fostering a genuine passion for nurturing the growth and development of primary school-aged children. Central to your responsibilities is cultivating a lifelong love for learning among our young ones. Additionally, your knack for establishing meaningful connections will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our families, educators, and the wider community. Our Centre Conveniently located at Star of the Sea Primary School, we care for children from six weeks and are approved to provide education and care for up to 75 children. Experience working as a Lead Educator would be preferable.
