You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that support the development of young minds. You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Proven experience in providing cozy hugs to little people An adventurous imagination to transform a loose part into a fun and valuable learning tool Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy Current Working with Children Check Excellent communication & leadership skills Experience with Storypark is a bonus First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
