About your new role
As a Lead Educator, you will support and nurture your team, enabling them to inspire a love of learning in the children and fostering their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
The brand new centre is a sight to behold, boasting natural surroundings, including a lush green outdoor space with a vegetable garden and terrific indoor spaces adorned with natural elements. It's a place where children can develop strength and self-confidence and where you can find inspiration in every corner.

What we need from you

Experience leading a team of educators or a natural ability to lead
A completed ACECQA-approved Diploma (or above)
A confident and articulate communicator who is team-oriented
A good problem solver and can think on your feet
Skilled in documentation, observation and recording of children's ongoing learning
Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 Monday to Friday
