Our Opportunity Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their development? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Childcare Lead Educator to join our team.
As a Childcare Lead Educator, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of engaging play-based learning activities for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. You will provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. This position is for our Toddler Room.
Your Role Support in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity.Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements.Maintain a clean and organized room, including managing materials and supplies.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures.Our Benefits With over 430 early learning centres nationwide, G8 Education has the resources to reward your dedication with generous benefits and opportunities to grow.
