Essential Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
A current and valid BlueCard.
First Aid & CPR certificate.
Skills and Attributes Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) Capability to support, guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the learning environment.
Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.
Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.
Proficiency in using Storypark for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.
