Has a true passion for high quality Early Childhood Education & CareIs inspired by the opportunity to help young minds take flightHas an inclusive leadership style and will mentor and develop our team membersAs our Lead Educator, you are an essential part of our team! You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that support the development of young minds. You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.
