Lead Educator - Early Childhood Career Development

About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Great Beginnings Pimpama. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children.
With a Diploma qualification in Children's Services and previous experience as a Lead Educator, you will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.
