Our client, is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager in a fulltime poistion based in Sydney NSW.
The Product Manager will lead the ongoing efforts in enhancing the clients Mobile Banking App.
This position is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, by focusing on intiuitive self service features and providing a seamless user journey.
The Lead Digital Product Manager will drive product Strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products which enhance customer experiences and support the organisations growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the role include: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for digital products across multiple cross-functional squads.
Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs and market trends.
Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities.
Product Development: Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.
Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
Monitor and drive key product metrics and make data-informed decisions to improve the product.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on product initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
Present product updates, performance, and future plans to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Customer Focus: Review all customer feedback and complaints to gather insights on user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
Leverage user data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role, ideally in digital products.
Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Experience in mobile app and/or web-based platforms.
Familiarity with data analytics platforms Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar digital industries.
