Your why The Lead Digital Product Manager will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products that enhance customer experiences and support the organization's growth objectives.
Critical to this role is the ability to plan in months and years whilst delivering in weeks and fortnights as an embedded member of a delivery squad.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, user empathy and technical understanding to deliver innovative and impactful digital products.
Ensuring that features are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
How you will spend your time As a Lead Digital Product Manager , you will: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for digital products across multiple cross-functional squads.? Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs and market trends.? Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities.? Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.? Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on product initiatives.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
Review all customer feedback and complaints to gather insights on user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
Mentor product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.? Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development and implementation.? What you will bring Must have Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate user feedback into product improvements.
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role, ideally in digital products.? Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.? Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).? Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.? Experience in mobile app and/or web-based platforms.? Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.? Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar digital industries.
