Impact You'll Make As Lead DevOps Engineer, you'll architect and implement the infrastructure that powers ASTC's next-generation semiconductor design and validation tools.
Your work will directly impact:
Developer productivity across our global engineering teams Cloud-native transformation of traditional embedded systems development tools Core Responsibilities A successful candidate will take ownership of some or all of the following areas:
Design and implement scalable CI/CD architectures for complex C++ codebases Lead the modernization of our build and deployment infrastructure Mentor team members on DevOps best practices and cloud-native development Infrastructure & Automation Orchestrate multi-platform builds across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments Optimize compilation and testing pipelines for large-scale C++ projects Implement infrastructure-as-code using modern DevOps tools Optimize resource utilization across hybrid cloud environments Implement monitoring and observability solutions for distributed systems Must-Have Technical Skills 5+ years of DevOps experience in software companies with large codebases Deep expertise in: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) Build systems (CMake) and C++ toolchains (Clang, GCC, and MSVC) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) Linux system administration and automation Preferred Qualifications Experience with semiconductor or embedded systems development Contributions to open-source DevOps tools or infrastructure projects Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and resource management Experience with performance profiling and optimization What Sets You Apart You have led the implementation of DevOps practices in complex technical environments You can demonstrate significant improvements you've made to build systems or deployment pipelines You have experience mentoring others in DevOps practices and tools You're passionate about automation and eliminating manual processes We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Great CBD location and modern office with excellent amenities Flexible work arrangements maximizing work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and development in a global company Collaborative and innovative work environment How to Apply Position is available for immediate start.
