$150,000 – $180,000 per year + incentives
We are looking for a Lead Designer or Design Manager to join a prestigious, industry-leading design & construct fit-out and refurbishment main contractor.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for major fit-out and refurbishment projects Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs Manage design meetings, presentations, and project milestones Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines Utilise leading design software to produce drawings, concepts, and documentation Oversee and mentor junior designers, supporting their professional growth Work with construction teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and build phases Role Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Demonstrated experience in a Lead Designer or Design Manager role Proficiency in industry-leading design software Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept through to completion A passion for innovative design and an eye for detail What's in it for you:
