Role SummaryLead the development and delivery of service offerings.Provide insights into new and emerging perspectives.
Point of view (POVs) on core service IT offerings, emerging technologies, and practices.POVs on Business, Cloud, and Digital Transformations, data & analytics.Provide patterns, best practices, and a white paper on IT strategy and service offering-related areas.Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created.Pursue and grow deep client relationships leading to downstream engagements and account expansion.Account ownership and revenue generation.Lead, mentor, and develop people within the Data Consulting practice.Contribute to the firm building through recruitment, training, thought leadership, and IP generation; POVs, Whitepapers, patterns, best practices development, etc.Key SkillsWell-defined strong management consulting experience across Banking, Finance, or Telco.Develop, lead and drive teams to achieve bespoke outcomes.Ability to design Operating & Business Models specific to Big Data and other emerging industry capabilities - mandatory.Experience in leading RFPs/Tender responses on a large scale.Demonstrated ability in defining and delivering hybrid & multi-cloud strategy/roadmap, migration, and adoption.Experience with Cloud domain (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers) which could be led through digital transformation and/or migration projects.Understanding of emerging business priorities like Application Portfolio Rationalization, AI, and ML.Broad experience or solid understanding of the IT infrastructure domain, engineering (Automation, DevOps, DevSecOps, etc.
