Let's talk about the roles and responsibilities As a Data Analyst, you'll be involved in designing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement through data insights.
You'll work across one-to-one, digital, and broadcast media channels, using advanced analytical techniques, marketing technologies, and advertising tools to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Analytics Leadership: Drive squads to implement evidence-based marketing strategies, using advanced data analytics and insights.Pre-Campaign Analytics: Shape customer contact strategies and identify targeting opportunities through data-driven planning.Post-Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.Data-Driven Insights: Facilitate actionable insights to guide marketing activities and customer engagement opportunities.Visualization & Storytelling: Present findings through compelling data visualizations and impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences.Innovative Frameworks: Develop improved analysis approaches and test-and-learn frameworks to refine marketing campaigns.Qualifications: Expertise in advanced data analytics, with experience driving marketing decisions through insights.Strong knowledge of marketing technologies and advertising technology.Proven ability to perform both pre- and post-campaign analytics.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging and actionable manner.Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across diverse teams to implement data-driven strategies.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in analytics approaches.About Capgemini At Capgemini, we are more than just a business, we are a diverse global collective of strategic and technological experts who are passionate about finding ways technology can help our clients, our people and our communities get the future they want.
