How will I help? Coach and guide the Data team in performing data analysis tasks for the Business & Wealth Division Transformation Office, driving the achievement of Westpac's strategy. This involves working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate, and manage data requirements for changes to systems, business processes, policies, and information.

Key responsibilities Managing multiple portfolios of work - Develop, maintain and control schedules across multi stream, large or complex projects, using information to identify insights to optimise, accelerate delivery or mitigate potential delivery risk. Stakeholder management - Consult and act as a trusted advisor across stakeholder engagement at the most senior levels, supporting the full spectrum of conversations for multi stream, large or complex projects. Involvement in Cross Group Forums - Prepare, plan and manage cross program activities on behalf of the Data Analyst team which feeds into large program/project plans. Solution Evaluation - Lead a team to analyse the data collected, across large complex multi-stream projects/programs, to evaluate the effectiveness of a solution, and the value it provides to the business. Coaching - Coach teams to engage with identified stakeholders; guide the maintenance of collaborative working relations to ensure teams remain engaged and committed throughout the project. Technical expertise - Provide expertise to the technology team on data workflows. What do I need? Extensive experience in the Banking & Finance Industry. Significant experience in analytical roles (Data, Credit, Business). Commercial experience in Business Intelligence Solutions. Advanced skills in SAS/SQL. Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Agile project delivery processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams). Effective problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. How do I apply?
