You will work closely with the senior leadership team and data team to plan, prioritise, and deliver immense value to the business.
You will be influential in defining the direction of the hipages marketplace as we continue to evolve and apply your experience to find the best experience for our customers.
How you will add value: Identifies data commercialisation opportunities and develops business cases where relevantAdvise on the required setup hypothesis-driven testing and direct tests from conception to conclusion.Select, acquire and integrate structured data from disparate sources required to deliver actionable insights.Oversees the activities of data analysts and runs code reviews to support and coach team membersCollaborates closely with the data engineers to productionise data assetsBuild econometric and statistical models for various business problems leaning on your toolbox of projections, classification, clustering, pattern analysis and data mining.Develops data quality and data governance within the organisationResearches and recommends analytical methods and approaches for wider adoption across the businessContributes to open source data projects, whitepapers/research papersContributes and advances analytics policy, standards, frameworks, testing methodology and guidelines within the data teamAbout you: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related qualificationExperience in applying statistical / modelling techniques to real-world data to drive insightsHands-on experience in data analytics with a lens on SaaS Product Analysis/Development (A/B testing, causal impact analysis)Prior experience as a Digital/Product Analyst would be advantageousProficient to query databases using advanced queries in SQL (Athena, Mysql) and advanced analytics using Python/RAdvances expertise in using Business Intelligence solutions (Looker, Tableau, Redash, etc)Experience with Databricks, DBT and AWS technologies (Redshift, Athena, S3, Sagemaker)Take a look inside our home: Offering an inspirational 'home away from home' and hybrid (50/50) work environment, our commitment to being a Great Place to Work means you will feel comfortable being your authentic self and get to do your best work every day.
