The Lead Creative will serve as a brand guardian and is required to oversee all marketing collateral and set creative direction for the portrayal of all products with both digital and print media, as well as support the operational processes of our in-house Brand, Creative, Social & Content function.
The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, exceptional creative direction, and a strategic perspective to inspire our team and make an impact across all ADP platforms.
Position Overview Design & Photography: You'll oversee all visual assets, ensuring cohesive, high-quality output that aligns with ADP's brand identity. Creative Strategy & Analysis: Involves setting the creative vision, leveraging insights, and refining campaigns based on data-driven strategies. Marketing Collateral: You'll lead the creation of various materials that communicate ADP's value across platforms and audiences. Stakeholder Engagement: You'll collaborate with key internal teams, present ideas, and champion creative best practices that support business objectives. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Qualifications in Marketing or Graphic Design, or experience in an industry related field of specialization are preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in a marketing and creative design role and a proven record in delivering results. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign). Photography skills and ability to capture products both in studio and in situ. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. High level communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about creative problem solving, strategic thinking and delivering high quality work. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
