About the Role

EMP CPPM is a new and innovative approaches to mine planning for stable, predictable business plan delivery.
EMP CPPM specifically centres on managing the critical paths in execution using a project management approach to reduce variability and increase bottleneck performance, delivering stable mining operations for BMA.


This role is based at our Goonyella Riverside Mine on a Monday - Friday (5:2) roster with some flexible work arrangement available.


Our Enterprise Mining Probabilistic team (EMP) are seeking a Lead CPPM Planner to join a technically motivated and results-driven team.
Working within a core group, this role will be responsible for the development and update of 150-day schedule and its integration with the annual/forecast and 90-day project plan.
To achieve this, you will be responsible to:

Conduct probabilistic evaluation of the schedule and sustain deterministic synchronisationDevelop a 150-day schedule including physicals and haulageIntegration into the rolling 90-day project planConduct evaluation of options to maintain and accelerate critical path



About You

Practical mining operational experienceA proven commitment to safetyAbility to identify, engage and manage a range of stakeholdersOperational short term mine scheduling experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGood time management skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesProficiency using Spry scheduling software would be highly regarded
