Want to be part of it?Utilise your Human Resources expertise to provide support and advice to the Transformation Development and Capability branchAn Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public ServiceVPS Grade 5: $109,730 - $132,764 plus superannuation.About the Business Unit:The Transformation, Development and Capability business unit is responsible for transformation and learning and development to support employees. The Lead Coordination and Reporting is a member of the Department of Justice and Community Safety within People, Safety, Culture and Communications team.About the Role:The role will work closely with Learning and Capability (Youth Justice) Leads to ensure that training is delivered according to the requirements of the business unit.Some of your duties will include:Providing leadership to a coordination and scheduling team responsible for managing the coordination, scheduling and reporting of training for Youth JusticeManaging the capacity of the team by liaising with the Lead Community and Lead Custody to optimise resource allocationDeveloping a model of scheduling and coordination to support training across Youth Justice to enable a flexible training calendar for a frontline workforce.About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:A strong ability to lead a coordination and scheduling team, that optimises resources and tools to provide efficient, quality training delivery in alignment with organisational goals. Utilising data-driven insights to ensure effective resource allocation and maximise training attendanceExtensive experience in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity, data analysis, identifying trends and gaps, and auditing dataA strong willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build internal training capacity and address statewide training demandsAdvanced proficiency in using learning technologies and data analytics tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Suite and PowerPoint. Skilled in preparing strategic reports that support informed data driven decision-making.Qualifications/Requirements:An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant area is desirableCertificate IV in Business Administration or Project Management or similarCurrent Working with Children Check (WWWC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment by the applicant. Currency will need to be maintained by the employee for the period of employmentA current driver's licence is required due to the need to work across different locations.How to Apply:The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include reference checks, national police checks and misconduct screening.
