Lead Controls Engineer

Our client is a recognised leader of design, engineering and project services.
With a strong history of successful project delivery across design, construction, commissioning and ongoing operational support, they are looking for a Lead Controls Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and manage electrical systems and solutions for a variety of projects.
Leverage technical expertise to enhance and optimize electrical control systems.
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of engineering solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards and adhere to project specifications.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
10+ years' experience.
Proven track record in electrical engineering, including project management and technical design roles.
Experience with a range of electrical control systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges effectively.
