About the Role:
As a Lead Control Systems Engineer, you'll:

Design, develop, and implement advanced Process Control System solutions that exceed client expectations.
Lead functional safety systems, control system software development, and vendor management.
Mentor and guide a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, on-time, and safe project outcomes.
Build strong client relationships while driving opportunities to grow the business.
Manage project risks, documentation, and compliance with industry and government standards.
What You'll Bring:

Experience in PLC/SCADA system design, development, and management.
Strong project scheduling, planning, and leadership skills.
A Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or relevant trade experience.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for mentoring teams.
A valid driver's license and the ability to work across dynamic projects.
