As a Lead Content Designer, you'll shape and deliver customer-centric content by following best practice usability and accessibility standards.
As the Lead Content Designer, you will:
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team through the different stages of service design and delivery.Design and implement content solutions that meet best practice usability and accessibility standards and guidelines.Provide editorial review, support, and assistance to cross-agency web publishers.Advise on information architecture, interaction, and interface design.Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce content that meets user needs and business goals.Plan, delegate and oversee packages of work for the Content Designer.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
