You will coordinate embedded Content Design resources in Digital Sales and Personalisation value streams that are accountable for the development of customer-focused experiences as part of the Sales and Personalisation initiatives roadmap. You will also provide advisory and direction around Bupa digital content standards, best practices, and methods in support of content operations across Bupa APAC.What will your day look like?Deliver a data-driven content strategy across multiple channels, touchpoints, and audiences.Lead the Content Design practice of resources assigned and embedded across Bupa, Health Insurance.Provide direction and decisions with confidence, leveraging an innate understanding of customer needs, industry trends, market forces and key trends.Align headcount to our roadmap by thinking about resourcing: who should be doing what and when, ensuring company priorities are suitably supported by the skills and strengths required to execute.Lead a team of Content Designers who collaborate closely with Business Sponsors, Stakeholders, Product Managers and delivery teams to shape and execute product roadmaps across a range of product and service assets maintained by Bupa.As a Lead Content Designer within the Digital Health Insurance team, you'll help shape the next chapter in how our customers interact digitally with Bupa to provide them healthier, happier lives.What will you bring?7+ years working in UX content strategy and/or product content design.Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, writing, journalism, or a similar field.At least 2+ years' experience working in Design Systems.Experience working on large-scale, systemic content challenges.Demonstrated expertise in content design systems, content strategy, content modelling, content planning, information architecture, and UX writing.Experience leading, managing, and mentoring creative teams with a proven ability to drive a collaborative culture across a dispersed team.Digital content strategy experiences with proven outcomes.API ecosystems (business, content, platform).Information Architecture design experience (Card Sorting, Tree-testing, Quantitative Analysis).Experience with distributed authoring models, publishing consistent, personalised content at scale, aligned to content creation guidelines and quality standards.Strong background in using data and research to optimise content performance.A strong team player with sharp attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and strong organisational and time management skills.Enterprise CMS Production (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud) experiences.What's in it for you?As well as a competitive salary, a range of Bupa benefits and flexible working/work from home, you'll be challenged and encouraged to innovate.
