What you'll be doingAtturra Business Applications Change & Adoption team is seeking an experienced Learning Lead to join our team in Melbourne.• Conduct ongoing learning needs analysis leveraging end user feedback, field interactions, and subject matter expertise to adjust learning plan and curriculum.• Work with customer on instructional design and content authoring approaches for training development.• Engage with key stakeholders across different business units to support their functions.• Create and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge and learning principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques.• Lead team of instructional designers and trainers, to execute the learning plan.• Plan, design, develop, organise and edit instructor-led and online training content.• Develop and manage the execution of the training delivery schedule, for two releases.• Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including Knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests.• Participate in content review, revision and sign off cycles.• Support execution of learning communications campaigns aligned with the overall communications approach and change plan.• Perform other role specific duties as required.
What will make you successful in this role?• Degree in Instructional design, Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines• Demonstrated training plans and good working knowledge of ERP's like D365, TechnologyOne is preferred.• Strong leadership skills• Expert in setting up and use tools such as Articulate Rise and SAP Enable Now for the development of learning content.• Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
