Lead Claims Consultant

TheDriveGroup has partnered with a scaling Insurance company currently looking for a 2IC for the National Claim Manager. They are currently growing teams across different states of Australia specialising in Heavy Motor Claims end-to-end. The role will require you to look after a small portfolio and operational requirements. Holding technical experience is a must to assist the team is a must. To be successful, you MUST HAVE:

- Heavy Motor/ Motor Claims experience
- Technical Claims
- End-to-end Claim process
- Delegating claims 
- Support the team
- Training and development
- Dealing with difficult stakeholders

This role has the potential to grow as the business offers new products to consumers within the insurance space. Another area they are looking to grow is Plant Machinery. This role is based in Sydney offering a hybrid working environment in a collaborative team environment. A two-stage interview process that can be moved through within a week.
