Position: Seeking an Associate/Principal level Civil Engineer to lead the civil team on a range of building and land development projects.
Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery.
Manage and grow the civil team.
Work winning - diversify sectors and service offerings.
Manage existing and new client relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
10+ years of experience in civil design.
Proven track record of managing complex building and civil projects.
Demonstrated leadership, team building and management skills.
