About the RoleThe Lead Change Implementation Manager is a multi-faceted role and will be responsible for working with the Onboarding Team to rollout Case Resolution and workflow platform across ANZ's global network.

What will your day look like?As a Lead Change Implementation Manager, you are accountable for:
Driving the transformation of our global KYC processes with the support of the Change Lead and initiative lead.Managing business readiness and activities for country rollouts.Facilitating the global KYC process transformation, including the operating model and system functionalities and integration enhancement.Providing practical knowledge and experience, and documenting the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders, including frontline, financial crime, and onboarding functions.Managing Change Management team to balance workload, optimize productivity and ensure that change artefacts are delivered on time with adherence to organization quality standards.Arranging and leading discussions with key stakeholders for the proposed changes.Ensuring continuous improvement and uplift of KYC processes.Supporting the phased rollout of changes across 15 countries, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of KYC processes.Planning and executing the change activities including change impact analysis, operating model and process design, documentation, training, communication, and post implementation support.Facilitating and contributing on the other project activities including requirements sign-off, UAT and Non-Financial Risk Assessment.Monitoring and reporting on the progress of implementation, addressing any issues or roadblocks.Providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong Change management experience in driving the transformation of our global KYC processes.Experience in applying change management models.Strong experience of working on big programs with phased rollouts.Extensive project integration and implementation projects experience.Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with moderate complexity, while working collaboratively as part of a team and clearly representing consolidated findings.Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments.Experience of working in a heavily controls-focused and process driven environment.Experience of compiling data and analysing results.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
