**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)
**Job Overview**
As a lead carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient production of cabinets while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will be utilized to optimize workflows, train colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of our production team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow design plans and blueprints to ensure accurate production of cabinets
- Supervise and assist junior team members in their daily tasks and provide guidance on best practices and techniques
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and report any issues to management
- Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency
**Requirements:**
- Trade qualification in cabinet making (Cert III)
- At least 3 years of experience in cabinet making with a focus on production and installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Proficiency in operating various machines in the factory environment
