Roles & Responsibilities:Experience in implementing commodity trading and risk management (C/ETRM) software product with a special focus on the following areas:Commodity futures, Swaps, and Options TradingRisk Management in Physical Trading and TransfersMark-to-Market and PnL AnalysisTrading Profit & LossContract Management in Procurement and SalesCostingCounter Party Risks in ProcurementPosition ManagementForex TradingRisk ManagementDomain knowledge of Metals (metals concentrates, base metals, refined metals, non/ferrous metals, scrap) is mandatory.Knowledge on Ags, Softs, Metals, Power, Gas, Oil Trading is preferred.Proficient in End of Day CalculationsKnowledge of SQLs and any reporting tool like Crystal Reports, TableauUnderstanding of Back/Front and Middle office activities.Good communication skills.Product Implementation experience in the following areas:Consulting workshopAS IS and TO BE process documentation.Exposure to agile methodology and JIRA for managing project development and issues.Good exposure to system integrationsExcellent communication skills to deal with business users on the client side.Master data, data migration, and cutover knowledgeWrite and execute user acceptance tests with end users.Experience:8+ years of experience in product/application support or quality assurance working for global enterprise clients, focusing on metals as the primary asset class.Experience in the commodities domain or with financial/ERP software solutions will be an added advantage. S/he would be working for IT vendors (services or product companies) or captives.Prior experience in managing key customers/stakeholders through weekly connects, status tracking, and reporting.Skillset:Sound understanding of software applications and support/development processesSuperior communication and interpersonal skills together with high customer-centricity and cultural awareness.Sound problem-solving and analytical skills for handling diverse complex client issues.Well planned, organized, and manages time effectively.Advanced Knowledge of MS Office suite is essential.Knowledge of incident management systems and issue tracking systems will be an added advantage.Candidate should be flexible with shifts.Education:BE / B. Tech + MBA from a reputed institute.
