About the role
Working within the Transformation and Technology Department and reporting to the Director Program Delivery, as the Lead Business Analyst you will:
Lead and grow a team of Business analysts to deliver across a range of complex technology projects.Lead the design, documentation and process mapping for various transformation and operational projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business and functional requirements.Assist in the development of implementation strategies.Support quality assurance and testing support.About you
As an integral part of the Council's team you'll bring a wealth of past experiences including:
Experience leading a BA team and a proven track record of building the BA capability within an organisation.Experience in defining requirements, designing and delivering Enterprise systems and platforms such as CRM, Finance, Procurement and Asset Management.Experience in Agile delivery methodologies, rituals, and applications.Good understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle.Able to adapt to new and changing techniques.Experience in presentation and the delivery of information at varying levels from clients to the board.Strong communication, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.Strong collaboration skills with vendors, stakeholders and cross functional teams.Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.Preferred applicants will be required to undergo a National Police Record Check.How to apply
