They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst - Cyber Security to drive this transformation and to aligning initiatives with the overall strategy to deliver result. With a dedicated budget and a newly approved cyber security operating model, you will have the support needed to make a real difference in securing our systems and information.

As the Lead Business Analyst – Cyber Security, you will:
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Provide business analysis expertise for strategic and tactical cyber security initiatives. Align with Objectives: Ensure alignment with our clients endorsed cyber security strategy, spanning transformative projects to operational optimizations. Collaborate Closely: Work with the Cyber Security Program Manager and Project Manager to ensure the program meets business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Enhance Security Posture: Play a key role in enhancing our cyber security posture and safeguarding our organization against evolving threats. You will bring:
Extensive Experience: Proven track record in business analysis with a strong focus on cyber security projects. Strategic Insight: Ability to develop and implement strategies, transformations, and risk mitigations successfully. Advisory Skills: Expertise in advising internal stakeholders on cyber security matters. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks, interpret regulations, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex cyber security concepts to diverse stakeholders. Project Management Proficiency: Expertise in requirements analysis and management, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
